Learning the Great Game of Golf at the Mirabell Golf Club
Driving Range:
The driving range offers several grass teeing areas and a total of ten mat teeing areas – all on different levels. Six of the teeing boxes have a roof. Five greens at different distances allow golfers to practice swinging with different clubs. The driving range is quite compact, with a max. length of 200 meters and a min. width of about 70 meters.
Chipping / Putting Green
With an area of more than 700 square meters, the chipping / putting green is quite spacious. It is bordered by hedges and thus allows golfers to concentrate on straight putts and to improve their putting technique. The rest of the green has a more varied design and offers numerous different kinds of putts. Sand traps and grass hazards allow golfers to practice every aspect of golf.
Greens
The course features championship quality, with three-par links having a length of between 90 and 210 meters. This is to allow both beginners and advanced players to enjoy an authentic golfing experience, to put into practice what they've learned on the driving range, or to simply enjoy a good game with their friends. The greens have an area of more than 300 square meters, and are appropriate to the overall compact dimensions of the course as a whole. Two holes have three tees, while the other one is equipped with two teeing boxes. The greens feature sand traps and grass hazards, forcing golfers to play strategically.
