Suggestions for magnificent one-day hikes:
Olang/Valdaora – Prags/Braies Lake; Hiking time: approx. 6 hours.
Olang/Valdaora – to Bad Bergfall – signpost 32 to the Lapadures Pass – to the high Alpine shelters (2,114 meters above sea-level) – signpost 19 descent to the Prags/Braies Lake (1,494 m). Return with the bus via Niederdorf/Villabassa (transfer) back to Olang/Valdaora.
Mudlerhof – Lutter Kopf; Hiking time: 3.5 hours.
Mudlerhof (1,608 meters above sea-level) – Teisler Alm (2,012 m) – Durrer Kopf (2,252 m) – Lutter Kopf (2,145 m) – Mudlerhof.
Olang/Valdaora – Flatschkofel; Hiking time: approx. 6 hours.
Olang/Valdaora, signpost 6 – to the Lanzwiesen Alm (1,823 meters above sea-level) – ascent to the Flatschkofel (2,416 m) descent via the Lapadures Pass via signpost 32 to Bad Bergfall – return to Olang/Valdaora.
Maurerkopf; Hiking time: approx. 6 hours.
Olang/Valdaora – Signpost 6 to the Lanzwiesen Alm and onwards to the Maurerkopf (2,367 meters above sea-level). back to the Lanzwiesen Alm – descent via signpost 6 B to Bad Bergfall and Olang/Valdaora.
