The Dolomites
Imposing mountains, rocky promontories and rugged cliffs made of limestone, and the verdant Alpine meadows – the Dolomites have many faces, and have been the origin of numerous legends and myths in South Tyrol. With an altitude of more than 3,500 meters above sea-level, the Marmolata is their highest point. The most magnificent mountains of the Dolomites are the "Three Pinnacles," the Sella, the Geisler Group, the Langkofel Group, and the Rose Garden.
In both summer and winter, you can engage in all kinds of sports in the Dolomites. Snowboarding, skiing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoe hiking; strolling, rock climbing, mountain climbing expeditions to the summits, or hiking – Experience the sporting side of the Dolomites!
